All English teachers of the
department have attained Language Proficiency Requirements and hence the PD
programme will be focused on the curriculum rather than individual qualification.
This year
plan for PD includes self-held developmental sharing sessions that cover the
need for generic skills integration, the criteria for good assignment package,
the lesson study of assessment task, the observation list of peer observation
and progress report.
